Shipping and Returns

Returns
Returns available after 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Original Art
- Gift Cards
- Items on sale

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Wholesale price list is available on demand. Please contact me for more information.

Shipping
Unfortunately international shipping has become too complex for me to handle on my own, so I only ship to Canada and the US.
However, international shoppers can order several of my prints via society6.

All orders are shipped out in 1 to 5 days from Picton, Ontario, Canada.

All orders are sent out via Canada Post.

Orders to the USA are shipped via Canada Post Small Packet USA Air, which unfortunately does not include tracking numbers. Orders usually arrive in about 5-8 business days, but can take longer in peak times. If you would prefer tracked shipping at a higher price, please contact me.

Orders to Canada are shipped via untracked Lettermail (for small items, such as prints, postcards and patches) or tracked Expedited Parcel (for larger items such as t-shirts, sweaters, totes and multiple item orders) and should arrive in about 2-8 business days.

Lost packages
If packages are lost, Canadian buyers must wait 3 weeks, American buyers must wait 4 weeks s before the seller will refund or resend the item.

Express deliveries
Regular shipping does NOT include tracking numbers. If you want a tracked package and super quick delivery at extra cost, please contact me so we can figure out the best shipping mode for you.
